The price of the coffees is so ridiculous (nearly $6 for what I ordered), which was even more unfortunate because the coffee I got tasted like it was burnt or old and the flavoring of the syrups I selected was nowhere to be found. The bagels were fine, but it was difficult to order because the kiosks don't offer all of the options needed. Additionally, they'll charge you just to cut the bagel....

Very chaotic and loud, music blasting on speakers so that you can’t hear when your drink or your pick up order are ready . Front counter staff inattentive: I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 came out - when questioned, the kind gentleman who made the sandwiches checked and found out only 2 were entered in my order. Even though the counter girl had me repeat my order 3 times. He offered to ring me up and make it, but after waiting as long as I did and my very disappointing experience with my specialty coffee drink, I just chose to leave. As far as coffee order. - I ordered one of their specialty coffees, but the other counter girl who made it must have whispered the drink name, bc it apparently then sat there for 10 min before the original person who took my order looked over at me and snidely commented my drink was there on the counter, as if I was supposed to have somehow magically divined that information. So, I enjoyed my cold, not so hot coffee drink. Honestly I have been here a few times now and generally find staff to be dismissive and borderline arrogant. Bagels are good but nothing amazing. This is probably going to be the last time I go here bc it’s too insulting of my time and c

I love a good bagel, so I was super happy when I finally got to stop here! The service was great, and the man at the counter was very accommodating to help me find something I’d like in their overwhelmingly wide menu. I ended up with an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox, which was absolutely delicious! They really loaded it up with cream cheese, and the portion of lox was very generous as well. I also appreciated that there were plenty of tables, although the atmosphere wasn’t super calm and comforting, more of a stop in and eat instead of a hang out place. They also have a small parking lot, which was nice! I did not try their coffee, but it looked like they had a good selection of Torani syrups to make some fun flavored drinks.

I have been wanting to try this bagel shop for a long time but it is always so busy. Turns out this place must be owned by the same people who own my favorite bagel shop, Bagel Love cafe! I’m super happy to say that this place had excellent bagel sandwiches! Can never go wrong with a bagel egg and cheese with pork roll.

Food deserves 5 stars ⭐️ We enjoyed having our breakfast there. Tried ( The good boy ) which taste really good with the salmon but they were out of avocado but it was delicious anyway. As well as ( The skinny lady ) tasted good too. It’s little expensive tho but I think it’s worth the try. We might visit again.
